Tracy Grady

General Manager

Tracy was born in San Diego and grew up in Crystal River, Florida. Tracy began her hospitality career in 2010 earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from UCF’s Rosen’s College of Hospitality Management. Tracy worked for Hilton Hotels after graduating in various leadership roles between Hilton Orlando Convention Center, Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace and most recently as the General Manager of La Luce at Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek. She also worked as the Assistant General Manager at Knife & Spoon at The Ritz-Carlton Grande Lake. This was the first Michelin Star in a Ritz-Carlton in the U.S., one of the first Michelin stars in Orlando and also earned Forbes 4 Stars within the first year of opening.

She has earned her WSET level 2 award in Wines and WSET level 1 award in sake. While she enjoys wine and sake, her go-to beverage choice is whiskey or bourbon neat. Her at home whiskey collection is over 100 bottles!
