As an Orlando local, Rada fell in love with fine dining when her journey began at Knife and Spoon at the Ritz Carlton Orlando. Before joining the Hive Hospitality Group she managed Primo by Melissa Kelly. During her time there she facilitated the restaurant receiving both Michelin and Forbes recommended accolades as well as her own achievement of Court of Master Sommeliers Certification. Working closely with Chef Melissa she fell in love with farm-to-table culture and grew an appreciation for sustainable sourcing. 

During her time in college at Florida State University, she explored her interests in global relations, languages, and art history while studying abroad in South Korea and Italy. She loves to incorporate her international perspective as well as her artistic side in every aspect of ÔMO.
